AM Suspense Account - any configuration examples

Does anyone have an example of the AM and/or GL configuration required to make AM create multi-currency translation journals? 

PeopleSoft 9.2.17; PeopleTools 8.54 (Prod).  We're going to PeopleTools 8.56'soon'. 

If you suggest "look at the delivered 'Vanilla' test data" then please specify the Journal ID that contains the Translation entry.  I do not see the AM Business Unit's Suspense Account used on any sample journals in the delivered region.

We configured all the AM Business Unit Definitions to include a Suspense Account.  It sounds perfect.  "Enter the translate account and alternate account here. If you have any transactions in a foreign currency within this business unit and want to enable the feature to translate currencies. If you do not have transactions outside of your local currency, you do not need to define these values."
