Is there a delivered process to update Merchant Category Group in 9.2?
Hi there. We are using delivered program to load CDF3 file for MasterCard. Almost every time we load a file, there'll be errors related to missing MCC (Merchant Category Code) in the Merchant Category Group table. This table is delivered by PeopleSoft but somehow every time there's a new merchant, it has to be manually mapped to the Merchant Category Group. For example, today, I added three new hotels to the table which were not previous there but used by our employees.
I would like to know how other PS clients are maintaining this table. It would be better if there's a proactive approach instead of waiting for the error to occur then fix the error.
