Hello,

 

We have the following error:

ORA-07445: exception found: memory image[ACCESS_VIOLATION][kokekd2m+21][PC: 0x1893123][ADDR: 0x401C77A0C][UNABLE_TO_READ][]' on a Windows Server 2003 R2 Standard x64 Edition SP2, and we'd like to know how to fix it.
