Standar Packing by Item/Customer

Is there a way to work with different UOM conversions for the same item within Warehouse Management? .

We have set up following UOM conversions:

UOM Structure 1 - 1 PL = 10 CJ

UOM Structure 2 - 1 CJ = 10 UN

But depending on customer needs this conversion could change, how can we manage that on WMS. I know that through Standar Packing this can be done, but how about sales stats based on the type of container used in the transaction. This is true both for customer and supplyer.
