Sales order Hold

Hi,

I have to apply hold for sales order header/line based on set of item's and customer's.

scenario is

we have item A,item B and Customer A, Customer B.

if we create sales order for item A/Item B with Customer A /Customer B system should allow us to book.

if we create sales order for item A/Item B with Customer C (except customer A /customer system should apply hold.
