Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to change customer name in -Oracle Service Contracts

Hi

We are using Oracle service contracts - R12.1.3

It is monthly billing cycle. Contract created two month before and two invoice generated. But now we identified the customer name is wrong.

We need to change the customer name.

If customer name cannot be changed, at least we should be able to change the 'Bill To" details.

Any help is appreciated ...
