JDE US Payroll Pre-payroll run gives blank status
Hi JDE HCM Community members,
When I run Pre-payroll for US Employees, I get a blank status. Process does not complete. I get the following error message in Work with Work Center. Please suggest solutions to resolve this issue. Thanks in anticipation.

CAUSE . . . . The Quantum Payroll Library failed to load during the Pre-Payroll
Initialization process.
RESOLUTION. . Please contact your OneWorld Technical Support person to get the
problem resolved before attempting to rerun Pre-Payroll.
