Question for Ethnicity Disclosed LOV in People Screen

Hello,

Where are we using "Ethnicity Disclosed LOV"  in People Screen of Employment tab, if someone uses to capture ethnicity in extra information field? This is only used for the employee has chosen to disclose their ethnicity during employment application.
