Server Manager Issue

Hello Folks,

We are facing issue with server manager. After restarting the server manager we are getting Configured wizard page and asking for reconfigured the Server manager. This is happened so may time since last 1 month. After clocking on finish button its running successfully with all server details such as Enterprise Server, Web Server, and etc.

But this time when we restart the server manager it was asked me to again reconfigured the same as previous but this time all server details are missing from the server manager.

I had followed the below document but no luck.
