IP2017 how to point to new database if the previous db lost or crashed.

Hi IP2017 upgrade team,

Need a help. Intially, my siebel environment points to oracle db with service name as trainsie2 and db hostname as xyz.com but there was a issue with the db host then dba's provided me with a new host name zyx and service name NSTGSI54. In that case how can I point my AI and SES to the new database ? As the db is lost. Now, I am unable to login to AI to update security profile.
