Can a Configured item in a BOM have it's component demand tracked?

Hello Everyone,

I have question on BOM where I want an Configured item components be demand tracked.

Let me give you an example:

Let's say we have BOM built something like this:

MODEL-1

- OPTION CLASS 1

- COMPONENT 1 (Finished good) - MinMax planned and replenished manually

- COMPONENT 2 (Finished good) - MinMax planned and replenished manually

- OPTION CLASS 2

- COMPONENT 3 (Phantom)

- OPTION CLASS 3

- COMPONENT 4 (Finished good) - MinMax planned and replenished manually

Now, when we order this in the Order Management, which is back to back order. This will go for Procurement with suppliers. While we choose all the components shown in the above BOM, the status of each line item will look something like this.
