Error in sales order entry

Hello All,

Has anyone come across the following error during sales order creation through a third party tool using BSSV??

"Server Failure while executing business function. Please try request again. :ScrubAddressNumber(F0101 Edit Address Number)"

Any help will be much appreciated,
