Siebel server maintainence activity

Hi All,

Our Siebel Application services, gets restarted every mid night.

Once in a month or so, after services are down, the services does not come back.

Siebel Version: 8.2.2 ( Still Open UI is not enabled)

Siebel Server: Both Windows(for document server) & Liunx

Does my Siebel server require any maintainence activity at any particular interval?

Also, log level cannot be increased and I cannot capture detailed log.

Only message I can see in the logs is cannot connect to siebel gateway server.

Any suggest how to maintain Siebel server, so it does not goes down very often.
