BI Publisher AP Checks - microline moves when payee name 1 wraps

We are on 92 PeopleSoft Financials, Tools 854.28, and converted our AP checks to BI Publisher.  We are using modified versions from CHECK1 template - stub over check.  Our microline and signatures are embedded in our template.

We are encountering an issue that the microline moves, only moves when payee name 1 wraps on the check.  This does not occur when the number of address lines vary.  Would someone help with whether there is a function or set up that will prevent this? Any insight into how this can be prevented is appreciated!
