after the Database confguration in APPTEST . Database is up and Running and listner also . but unable to configuration of appstier using below command. Kindly some one light on this

cd /u02/apptestapp/apps/apps_st/comn/clone/bin

perl adcfgclone.pl appsTier

getConnectionUsingServiceName() -->
