AutoInvoice Master Program does not submit AutoInvoice Import Program

I am using notes#1195997.1, 1228525.1, 1067402.1 to load invoices using AutoInvoice.   I've inserted record into ar.ra_interface_lines_all  and into ar.ra_interface_distributions_all and ran AutoInvoice Master Program successfully but the AutoInvoice Import Program was not submitted and therefore invoice was not created in Receivables R12. Why? Is it  a setup issue? Help needed
