Integrator budget upload for projects

We see in the desktop integration that there is an integrator available for uploading of budgets into projects (R12.2.7). However we can not find the function for creating the sheet we want to use to enter the projectbudget and uploading it into Projects. Can somebody tell us where we can find this function?
