Activitiy Guide Custom Page does not have Confirm button

Hi ,

We have setup activity guide with multiple pages (delivered + custom ) in CS 9.2. We are seeing an issue with custom page is that it does not come up with "Confirm" button like delivered pages have in it. However , we can edit/save details on those custom pages but only thing "Confirm" button is missing from it.

Any idea on how to get the confirm button on the custom activity guide page?
