After running the Transaction Replicator zero record updating

Hi community,

After running the Transaction Replicator  batch file ,records not updating and date range also taking 09/02/2019-09/02/2019 date. I am checking date for 21 FEB 2018.Kindly give my any suggestion to resolve this issue.

And in Transaction log file shows,
