Hi, wher running summary I get:

tsteasy@root /opt/tfa/bin> ./tfactl version

TFA Version : 181100

TFA Build ID : 20180201015951

tsteasy@root /opt/tfa/bin> vi /opt/tfa/repository/suptools/tsteasy/summary/root/20180308142033/log/summary_command_20180308142033_tsteasy_33882144.log

tsteasy@root /opt/tfa/bin> ./tfactl summary

LOGFILE LOCATION : /opt/tfa/repository/suptools/tsteasy/summary/root/20180308143727/log/summary_command_20180308143727_tsteasy_31391950.log

log is attached

I thing tfa has problem with oracle OS user in my case names tstsolvek
