Duplicate Fuel Costs

Version 5.5- Duplicate Fuel Costs - There is no expiration on fuel records for the week of 1/9/18 in OTM Accessorial Costs.  So the shipments were applied with Old Fuel Cost and Current Week's Fuel Cost Everytime from 01/09/2018 across all orders/shipments leading to duplicate fuel cost records. Is there any process to MASS re-calculate the Accessory / Fuel Costs from a specific date to all shipments irrespective of the shipments status?
