Restore Oracle VM Manager 3.3.5 / Refresh Hardware

I have to do a complete hardware refresh for my Oracle VM Manager 3.3.5.   Good news is that the restore instructions in the manual functioned perfectly.   The only issue is that i had to perform this on a different vlan/IP range.   Look's like I have to reconfig to the Original management primary IP and reboot the server.

My question is can I leave my existing VM Environment running, or would I have to shut down all of my VM Clients, and? VM Servers before rebooting the new VM Manager?
