How to handle the Suspense CDRs with error as "Customer has no valid products for account (xxxxxxx)

We are facing lot of Suspense CDRs due to Customer has no valid products at the time xxxxx errors. When we verified the products/logins and all other related information we did not find any issue with the Customer data. What can we do to get rid of this error?
