Failed to create Security Filters for the following users: 00208513, 00208513.

Hi Folks,

Our customer is on the Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.1. They are having the captioned issue while refreshing the database for one of their application.

It seems it cannot generate the security filter for user 00208513. This user exists in the shared service repository.

I have also checked the essbase log, and I see errors like many user cannot be retrieved from Essbase. But still have no idea what causing the issue.

Appreciate if someone can help on this. Thank you.
