When a store to store transfer supposed to 'Complete' ?

Hi,

I have a question about status of STS transfer is SIM ver 15, Even though transfer receiving is done, the document (Transfer) is shown as Approved in transfer list screen.

Is there a batch of something which needs to be run to mark that transfer as 'Completed' ?
