SBC send a RTCP message with "goodbye" information

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hi all,

I have got a problem as follow:

We use a NN-4600. Sporadically the SBC sent a RTCP with a "goodbye" information. Afterwards it restart a new RTCP session(which is okay), but used the same identifier(SSRC/CSRC). That´s not permitted as I know. How can this behavior be fixed? Has anybody same experience?
