Can anyone suggest a good document for consigning material to a sub-contractor?

Hi All,

I'm looking for a document that shows how to go about setting up consignment inventory for one of my sub-contractors and the transactions we'd execute to exchange inventory and show consumption.  If anyone has resource links they can share, I'd appreciate it.  I've seen some where a supplier consigns us inventory but not the other way around.
