Upgrading from R12.1.1 to R12.1.3 on 10.2.0.5 db - Following Note 1080973.1

Per Note 1077769.1 - Oracle E-Business Suite Applications DBA Readme, Release 12.1.3 (R12.AD.B.DELTA.3, Patch 9239089) Sep 2015:

Post-Install Steps

Invoker's Right processing is re-enabled in the latest AD minipack (R12.AD.B.DELTA.2). Customers who have already upgraded to 12.1.1 can optionally

run AD Admin as follows to re-enable Invoker's Right on existing PL/SQL packages:

1. Run adadmin > Compile/Reload Applications Database Entities menu >

Compile APPS schema.

2. Choose "No" at the following prompt:

Run Invoker Rights processing in incre mental mode [No]
