Correcting WO Variances after R31802A has been run in final

My user has recently changed from running the Manufacturing Accounting R31802A and Variance Accounting R31804 jobs in Final to running in Proof, and making corrections to work orders, but are not able to get the corrections to flow through.  What steps they have taken are:

1. Run R31802A in proof, review and run in Final. This bumps status to 97. There is no variance reporting on this report. Is there an applications that shows variances before Final is run?

2. Run 310804 in proof, review and for any variances >$1K request the manufacturing group to review and make corrections to Work orders, and change status to 95.
