Check overflow causes blank check to print first

We had to customize the delivered check rtf template when we converted to BI Publisher.  We upgraded to Peoplesoft 9.2 Tools 8.55.05.

Oracle Support has said the delivered form works fine, however, the delivered form does not generate output that is acceptable for Micr Line testing by the bank.

This being the case, we had to customize the report in order to pass micr line testing.  I inserted a footer into the form and place the micr line field in the footer.
