Penny Rounding Issues in AP

Penny rounding has been a challenge for us quite sometime now.  It prevents a batch from posting and force us to do a data update that we of course do not want to be doing. Anybody with this type of experience that would like to help?

Reference to any document or link in Oracle JDE will be helpful.
