Is the Inventory Commitment preference checked when an order line is created from P42260 (substitute

We use Inventory Commitment based on the value in "Warehouse Group 3" in P41026.

But it looks like that this is not checked when a Substitute item is selected in P42260.

The branch from the new line is always the branch from the original line.
