Control Total Functionality compares with Entered or Accounted value?

Hello Team,

I am new to Oracle applications and currently testing on Control Total functionality.

I created a New Batch with control total = 1000. My Functional Currency is INR.

I then passed 3 entries.

1) INR = 100

2) USD = 200 is equals to INR = 400 (Considering conversion rate as 2)

3) AUD = 250 is equals to INR = 500 (Considering conversion rate as 2)

Now, if you see my Accounted value is 1000, Entered value is 550 and Control Total is 1000.

Now though Accounted number is matching with Control Total, its not allowing me to Post. That means it compares Control Total value with Entered value though Entered value is in different currency!!

So whats the logic behind?
