setting schedule definition correctly

Hi,

I have been trying to set properly my schedule definition for few assets but due to some reason i am not able to set the PM schedule correctly. Below is my expectation.

Next work orders to be generated for 1 yearly on 21-MAR-2018 & for 5 yearly on 09-OCT-2019. Please guide me what value to be set for Current Interval Count.
