Unable to see pdf output when submitted as part of request set in R12

Unable to see pdf output when submitted as part of request set. Request set has 4 programs and last program is XMl Publisher to display PDF output. The input concurrent program has oracle rdf report with output type XML. When the report completes it complete with the XML output and not PDF output. The XML template preview format is "PDF" then also not displaying PDF output.
