Siebel Component "partially Offline"

Hello community,

We currently have IP2104.18, several events produce a crash in the component eCommunicationsObjMgr_esn,  this changes the state to "Partially Offline" but still keeps receiving requests and keeps the tasks active.

The configuration is

MaxTasks=1200

MaxMTServers=12

MinMTServers=8

SessPerSisnConn=20

I understand that the AOM is trying to recover but it is not possible, so my questions are:

How to get it to recover automatically?

Can I review the additional AOM from the previous parameters?
