Batch Is in Use or in Process of Posting when we try to open a posted RB Batch

Hello Community

Greetings!

I have had this issue in many batches till now. RB Batches are posted. Post status as 'P' in F0911 and as 'D' in F0011, F03B13 AND F03B14. Yet when i am trying to open this batch I am getting the " Batch Is in Use or in Process of Posting" error. Please help to get this issue resolved.
