How to stop Payables to calculate Taxes?

Hi,

All of a sudden nonrecoverable tax is being generated in Payables which it should not.

I have followed below steps still in vain. Please assist:-

Responsibility: Tax Managers

Navigation: Parties > Party Tax > Profiles

1.Query:

    Party Type: Operating Unit Owning Tax Content

    Party Name: Populate your Operating Unit Name

2. Click on GO

3. Click on Create Tax Profile and then

4. Select "Configuration Options"

5. Click Multiple Regimes button and select the appropriate Regime

6. Set Configuration for Taxes and rules to 'Common Configuration with Party Overrides' and Configurations for Product Exceptions to 'Common Configuration'

7. Click Apply button

Then,

1. Navigate to tax managers responsibility -> Defaults and controls -> Configuration Owner Tax Options
