Does the Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control OMS Require Relinking after Host Operation System Upgr

OS Upgrade from Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6Server-6.4.0.4.el6.x86_64 (Santiago) to 6server-6.9.0.4.el6

I have read on Doc ID 1550406.1 that If EM Cloud Control 13c is installed on RHEL 5.7 and if the Operating System is later upgraded to RHEL 5.8, no additional steps are required to relink the EM Cloud Control OMS software.

But if OEM 13c is installed on RHEL 6.4 and if the OS is later upgraded to RHEL 6.9, does the Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control OMS Require Relinking after Host Operation System Upgrade?
