P3711 - Test Results Entry - Not Saving Results

Good afternoon,

We implemented Quality Management at our client and we are seeing some inconsistent results when entering inspection results.  For some reason, we are randomly seeing that some of the inspection tests are not saving all of the results that the user has entered.  Has anyone encountered this problem?
