CalcMgrCmdLineLauncher.sh RTP Error

I am trying to run the CalcMgrCmdLineLauncher, using an RTP file, but everytime I run it I get the message:
The following value is not valid for the runtime prompt: .


The contents of my RTP.txt file is:

Specialty::"97 - Level 06"

SpecialtyNew::"97 - Level 07"

EntityApp::U_0031600001

Employee::ID_10035430

StartMonth::Jul

There are no periods, anywhere.

I am trying to automate the process for planning rounds.
