Agent Dashboard - How to default "All Contracts" rather than the current "Entitled Contracts" in the

In the contractual coverage section of Entitlements and Deadlines section the current default is Entitled Contracts. We would like the default to be All Contracts. How can this be accomplished? I don't believe there is a profile option. If a personalization is needed please advise how to accomplish this.
