R1304 picking up incorrect dates.

Hello,

How do I prevent OLD Location dates from getting picked up in the R1304 report.

I have played with the "data selection" options  regarding "dates" and have defined the processing options, but I am still running into issues.

My company does "equipment billing" on a weekly basis and the current R1304 is picking up an asset that was not billed out back in 2016 and they do not want to bill out these 2016 dates.

Thoughts.
