SCM slave idle event

Hi!

One customer is running a 2-node RAC with Oracle 12cR2 Standard Edition on AIX.  In one node there´s a background process (ora_scm0_<sid>) consuming high CPU, as reported by topas and nmon.  That would be the "DLM Statistics Collection and Management Slave (SCM0), which is responsible for collecting and managing the statistics related to global enqueue service (GES) and global cache service (GCS). This slave exists only if DLM statistics collection is enabled."

It´s CPU usage is between 13%-15% as reported by topas, and between 53%-55% according to nmon.  There´s no noticeable performance degradation, and no user complaints so far,  In fact, this is the only database currently in production; there are other 4 db's created, but not used right now.

Howdy, Stranger!
