Change in Siebel LOV order post upgrade to 10.2.0.4 from 10.1.0.5

Hello Team,

Please note that we have had a oracle DB upgrade to 10.2.0.4 from 10.1.0.5 post which we have observed difference in the LOV order of values displayed on an applet.

Below are our observations:

1) No Change in SQL in both the env

2) Explain plan in upgraded env is better performant than non-upgraded env

3) Preupgrade: Values were ordered in alphabetical order when displayed on the applet although there was an order specified in Administration- LOV screen

4) Postupgrade: Values displayed on the applet are ordered as per the 'Order' specified in Administration- LOV screen

Could you let me know why the 'Order' mentioned in 'Administration- LOV' screen is now being used when displaying the values in the Applet and why this was not the case earlier ?
