Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Whenever we sell a service contract to our customer. We need to buy service coverage from our vendor. How to capture the vendor contract info.

When a service request from our customer, our support team should be able to view the vendor contract details and the contract number.

What module is required to capture the vendor contract. How to automate to issue a PO to vendor when the service is sold.
