This Deal needs to be competitive with other deals to give best price, and should exclude CLEARANCE ITEMS.

Also CLEARANCE Items total should not be considered as part of the threshold to meet the subtotal requirement for the offer. (THIS IS WHERE WE’RE GETTING HUNG UP)
