IP2017 IRM

Hi Support Team,

We are upgrading from Siebel IP 16.11 to IP2017 in dev mode, Uprep is completed and IRM is started after taking backup and gather stats.

Delta merge is at the same step from long time. checked IRM_Merge* logs under siebel tools, no errors in them. Could you please suggest.
