Issue on Scheduler After Fat client Installation

Hi Team,

We have installed Full Package od DV and PD on our fat client, after that while running application Gh9015-->Scheduled jobs--> There are 2 timezones on my setup US and GMT---> While clicking any timezone it is taking only GMT timezone. Everything is working fine on other Fatclients

Records for table F913250 and F91300 are also showing blank on the fat client.

Below is the jde.log
