EM13c R2:Agents needs to be re-secured

Hi there,

My config:

RHEL 6 running Oracle database 12.1.2.0 ==> database repository for OEM 13c R2 ==> running OEM Agent 13.2.0.0

RHEL 6  running OEM ==> OMS 13.2.0.0 + Agent 13.2.0.0

I have recently upgraded EM12c (12.1.0.4.0) to EM13c R2

on the OMS when checking the Agent registering in CA, it shows that one Agent needs to be re-secured

"Following Agents needs to be re-secured, as OMS is secured using force_newca option or as the CA is reset:

oem01.do.tion.tel.com:3872

I have re-secured the agent (I can see it using HTTPS to upload to the OMS) but I'm still seeing the above message.
